In August we went up to Anderson Ranch for a weekend get away. I had the opportunity to take one of my old College roommates and one of her roommates with us. I hadn't seen Phoxay in like 3 years and it was fun to pick up where we left off. It's amazing how friendship is like that. No matter how long has passed you can just pick up right where you left off like no time has passed at all. We camped with Mike's parents and Aunt and Mike's niece Kylie who watched Micah over the summer. They had been up there the whole week with the rest of Mike's family, but due to work schedules we weren't able to go up with the rest of them. It was a great weekend though with lots of laughs and lots of memories.

Looks like a lot of fun in the sun. It IS fun to see old friends and be able to pick up where you left off. Glad you got some time away and relaxation.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Good times. We have to make a yearly thing out of it. And Victoria had a blast. I only wished my vision was better so I could have taken more pictures and better pictures. Like I said next year!
